The ship started out as the Lindberg 'Blue Devil', 1/125 scale. It ended up as the USS Cushing DD-797. She's wearing a Measure 31/16d pattern. The hull was cut, the rudder configuration changed, the after superstructure was scratchbuilt, as were all the 20mm and 40mm, the torpedo tubes and foremast, the depth charge racks amidships and aft. The railings are brass stanchions with snake netting. I did my own photoetching for the Mk4 radar on the Mk37 director. The forward superstructure was 75% scratchbuilt. All in all I'd say it's about 80% scratchbuilt.  See my article on building this kit by clicking here.
