This is a diorama in 1:700 scale by Katseas Kostas portraying the Bismarck and Prinz Eugen in their engagement with HMS Hood and HMS Prince of Wales. Katseas used the Trumpeter Bismarck and Tamiya Prinz Eugen kits. The diorama is actually in two parts, joined at the center with dowels. The diorama shows Bismarck in the lead when actually the Prinz Eugen led Bismarck and was the focal point of the fire of both British ships, leaving the Bismarck initially unmolested to concentrate on Hood.
