This is HMS Canada, which I built in 1:550 scale. In hindsight, I should have selected 1:600 scale for my ship models. No photo-etch parts were used, so it does look very basic. Nevertheless, it is one of the best models I ever made, as my skills ceiling is somewhat low. I don't seem to be improving any. When I was young, Admirante Latorre (ex-Canada) passed by Hawaii on its way to be scrapped. It was last survivor of Jutland. I did not see it, but I kept a copy of the newspaper clipping for years.
