I was at Penn Landing, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, on Saturday July5, 2008 and took a lot of pictures of USS Carney DDG-64. The gentlemen in the blue shirt is my father-in-law Joseph McGrath, age 81 who was a Seabee in WW2 when he was 17.

He is a docent on the USS New Jersey across the river. All of the New Jersey docents got a special private tour and a petty officer took us EVERYWHERE. The other gentleman is another WW2 veteran who happened along at just the right time to join us.
