(Editors Note: As has correctly brought to my attention the labels on the photographs should state USS Honolulu, not HMS Honolulu. The incorrect labeling is clearly the result of either a RN fixation or editing photos at 6:40AM.)

Here are some pictures of my USS Honolulu CL-48as she looked in October 1944 at Leyte Gulf. This is the Corsair Armada kit with some parts an old Naval Works kit of the USS Honolulu. As before with my Nashville I have scratch built the funnels so that they are open! Many photo-etch parts came from Gold Medal Models. I like this cruiser class and so I have built several of them over the years.
