This is my USS Nevada from H-P Models, in 1/700 scale. I decided to build her as she looked at the time of the landings of Iwo Jima in early 1945 with a dazzle pattern camouflage. The H-P kit is overall a good kit but the kit has no photo-etch set. So you need a one, if you wish to improve the kit. Everything you need to build the kit H-P has done in resin, weapons 20mm and 40mm, Radar, crane and the catapult. But the kit is not cheap so i think it is better choice to replace some parts with photo-etch to have a better result.
