Here are some shots of the Iron Shipwright 1/350 scale USS Brooklyn ACR-3. I always liked this ship, its design makes it one of my favourites. I built it without major modifications from the box, except for some extra railings on the deck and some weapons on the fighting tops rows from the spare parts, scratch-built doors for the side guns (I found the photo-etched ones of the kit really difficult to fit) and the guns themselves, from sprue. I made the roof of the steamboats out of paper, they are not perfect but give a reasonable look . Jim Baumann's version of Brooklyn inspired me.
