L'Arsenal has produced a nice 1/400 scale kit of this French medium-seize hunter-killer submarines, which served mainly in the Mediterranean . They were also exported to Portugal, Pakistan, and South Africa, and they were built under license in Spain.  Hull and sail are molded in one piece and there are three bow sections with different sonar devices, representing the different states of fit. The whole kit contains only twenty parts, including a length of brass wire for the shafts. A decal sheet has the pennant numbers and the names of all ships of this class, including the exported and license-built ones. The model will be easy to be built and should be finished in a weekend's work.
