I did my model as CV-16 Lexington as she appeared in October of 1944 at the Battle of Leyte Gulf with Air Group 19 aboard. Aircraft are F-6F Hellcat, SB2C Helldiver, and TBM Avenger.

Lexington is dressed in her famous Measure 21 Camouflage from which she received the name, "The Blue Ghost." Pictures taken with an old cheap no-name digital camera with no zoom
lens and can do nothing but 640X480 photos. As you can see in most of the shots that the camera has a color problem. Makes like all of my ships have pink bottoms - sorry!
