This is the Hatsuzuki, Akizuki Class large AA destroyer of the Imperial Japanese Navy. The kit is the 1:200 scale model from Nichimo. It was built by Luciano Rizzato of the modeling club, Modellistica Monfalconese. Luciano used Toms Modelworks brass photo-etch frets to add detail, the IJN 1:200 Destroyers fret, 1:200 reels fret and 1:200 Rail Set with Ladders.
