This is the 1/700 scale Tamiya " KURSK " kit. I forgot to spray a gloss clear coat before applying the decals and the punishment came: silvering... It's not visible too much to the naked eye, but photographs are pitiless. It's my first attempt at creating a (very basic) sea base, done with a simple aluminum foil. This technique is okay for calm waters such as harbour scenes, but will obviously not work to depict rough waters. The truck is from White Ensign Models. I may add some figures someday, to bring a little bit of life to the scene. Thanks to Felix B. for his help and kindness.
