This subject is the typical "starter kit" for use of photo-etch. The model is the USS Missouri in 1:350 scale from Tamiya with the Gold Medal Models photo-etch set. I used photo-etch parts for the first time on this model. Also it was my first ship model after a long time and after building tons of modern AFV in 1:35.
