The model is an out-of-the-box Tamiya Tirpitz in 1/350 scale with many added photo-etched sets from Gold Medal Models, White Ensign Models, L'Arsenal and Tom's Modelworks. Complete time of the build was approximately 4 months. The pictures show the German  ship in position at the Fattenfjord Norway  anchorage during  May -June 1942.
