This is my build of the Trumpeter 1/350th scale kit of the Repulse. I modified it to represent her as she appeared in 1938. I used a resin Iron Shipwright turrets for the trial 4" B/D turret alongside the main mast. The kit depicts her `as sunk` appearance in 1941,but the shape of this deckhouse is incorrect for `41, but the right shape for the pre-war configuration, which made things a bit easier for me. All the 20mm and their tubs were left off or removed and in`38, she didn't carry aircraft. I think this kit is one of the best warships kits made in spite of the inaccuracies. I can recommend it.
