Melvin Tung sent these photographs of a model built by his friend, Chen Chih-Pang. He built this modern version 1:700 scale Trumpeter USS Wisconsin BB64. He used the Gold Medal Models -#70030 "MODERNIZED USS NEW JERSEY/IOWA" and Gold Medal Models –#70022 "WATERTIGHT DOORS" photo-etch sets to upgrade the detail. The 5-Inch/38 dual-purpose gun turrets were replaced by the 1:700 scale Iron Shipwright resin parts.
