This is the French battleship Jean Bart alongside at Toulon Naval base sometime in the mid-1950s. The inspiration came from a color photo of the ship in mothballs there. The warehouses, crane and other vessels are by Tamiya and the vehicles are by Pitroad, but the train and two of the buildings were scratch-built.
